I have represented clients in various countries and jurisdictions in negotiations, mediations, dispute boards, arbitration proceedings (both domestic and international) and litigation proceedings before local courts in disputes involving contractual matters as well as on commercial and administrative-law issues. I have worked closely with industries such as energy, Oil&Gas, mining, real estate, logistics, construction, infrastructure, and retail, amongst others.
