I worked in the Banking and Financial industry since 2001 as General Counsel and CLO. Since 2014, I´ve advised local and foreign clients in corporat*e matters and financial litigation as well as incorporating banks and financial companies in Colombia, designing financial products, and in complex transactions involving infrastructure, hotel and retail industry, among others.
